Exceptions for Replacements:
We offer one-time replacements for the following cases:
- Lost or undelivered orders: Within 7 days from tracking delivery confirmation.
- Damaged products: Within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Replacement Process:
To request a replacement under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our Customer Support at thesexualchocolatefactory@gmail.com. You will need to provide your order number for verification. If you don’t have your order number, you can provide your name and shipping address to locate your order.
When requesting a replacement, you must provide the following information:
- Order number or alternative identification details.
- The product(s) that are defective or damaged.
- A description of the issue with the product.
- Photos of the damaged or defective product.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, Customer Support will prepare a replacement package. Please note that order processing can take up to 5 business days before your replacement is shipped, and shipping time will depend on your location (allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery).
